Sorry, I missed this,
The spring kits all contain 2 springs for the fronts, and a shackle kit for the rear, which basically re-locates the axle from below the leaf spring to above it.
The door cards weren't too difficult, but very time consuming, I think I spent 3 hours each side. Doc gave me the tip of running a Stanley knife down each side of the tabs.

I re-hot welded them with a soldering iron

Your van makes me Jelous. I just sold my type r (she was a beaut!) to buy my caddy as fed up of working out the back of a car. It's nothing special but does the job.

I would love to own something like this one day! Will see how work picks up over the next 12months or so and may treat myself
