Straight pipe and remap but no noise

Hello new here so I’ve recently got myself a mk4 17 2.0tdi lwb. Been doing a few things to it lowered, alloys. But I got a darkside developments exhaust fitted the dpf stripped and a remap done but there isnt that sound that you get from a diesel. Anyone know why?
