Hi guys, I know there have been posts about this before as I can see them but don't have full access yet. I have bought a coilover kit for the caddy and have started on the rears today. I'm struggling with how these brackets go together? Can someone help please? I have the rear mounting adjustable plates also but that seems straight forward.

The picture is correct pall top middle bottom. The top one is for centring
, the middle one goes around the axel that's what the grooves are for, then the leaf spring then the bottom plate and bolt it all up pall. Think that's correct in what I done.

Ahh ok, I just don't have a hole in the plate for the thread on the top to go through and no instructions! I used the std top mount part for now see pics. Wheel is sitting a bit far back so need to sort that, got it on the highest setting until i do the fronts next weekend.

The threaded bolt is a locatortab so the leafspring sits on the right place, you can losen it from the axel and screw it to the leafspring and the tab fits in to the hole in the plate with the u formed steel locators.
One of the plates has a bigger hole and thats for the nut to fit in.
Don't drive with the van now it's dangerous the axel can move now when the leafspring is mounted without the tabs.
The top plate that you couldn't fit has a small tab on it, if you losen the threaded bolt this tab on the plate fits in the axel.
Hope you understand what i mean.

Yes mate the screw needs to go through the hole. I had to unscrew mine off my leaf spring and turn it around the other way so will sit in the middle plate.

Thanks for all the info, good job I haven't driven anywhere! I didn't realise the locator for the leaf spring came out, ill make sure I sort it one night this week.

Thanks for this, this is the guide I wanted to check but don't have access yet so had to try and work it out myself.

Thanks to all your helpful comments I finally got it sorted today! The fronts put up a good fight also, took 8 hours what a nightmare. Few pics, may drop the back a bit more as got a few notches left

I have this kit and was wondering which way around the tabs on the top mount go?

Also my leaf spring has a metal peg and a plastic locator peg, can the metal one be removed?

One question, once the kit has been fitted, did anyone find the back of the van rattled more. Does it need to settle down a bit then re-tighten?

Shouldn't be any rattle, unless you haven't cut the bump stops and bouncing on them, then might be
Also, the bolts that go through the bushes supposed to be fully tightened with the wheels on the ground = full vehicle weight on suspension. That's to remove any potential strain when suspension compressed.

Defo had fun tonight trying this tonight shame instructions dont come with the kit.
