Change rear door block colour panels to windows

Ive seen Caddy which fits my bill 80%.
But
It has block panel rear barn door where windows could be.

I am happy to move forward but my current Dashcam rear is looking through glass.

I dont therefore need heated window swap outs.

Question is could these be converted to non tinted glass, heated or not?

If its a mk4 and ur near central scotland id swap u my doors. Iv got factory tints but iv heard it just peels off,if ur interested. My vans white aswell. Id like the panels rather than glass.
