You can pull that out with a PDR kit using big glue tabs and the slide hammer. It's a pretty tough panel to pull. I've yet to pull out a dent in my passenger sill. Same area but smaller than that one.

I've done many of these sill dents. It's easily done with the right gear. But it's a strong panel and takes a fair force to pull out. I use a 1kg slide hammer and Mercedes Benz alloy dent tab kit with black PDR glue sticks. Don't just pull from the middle, you make a hump with a well around it. Pull from just inside the edges of the dent, going round the edge of the dent one area at a time.

You can get the correct slide hammer, dent tabs and glue sticks online and get a bottle of 99% IPA (isopropanol) to make the tabs drop off after pulling.

My concerns are long term rust.

I am swaying to avoid this one, it certainly isn a bargain!

PDR doesn't damage the paint so there is no chance of rust. If you break the paint, you paint over the area.. but I've pulled some ridiculous dents out of Peugeot's, Berlingo's and Caddies and never pulled the paint off (that's why it's called paintless dent repair) so you would be fine.

The worst one I had to do, was a 200k mile Peugeot 405 taxi from Glasgow, it was a dent fest. Hardest one was around the fuel filler cap. Even with the most aggressive pulling, the paint stayed where it was.

Thanks for that. I had a closer inspection and discussed the repair with the dealer.
Then I found a repair invoice for previous damage.
Possibly a rear shunt or reversing damage. Noticed fuel cap flap wasnt positioned correctly. So im leaving this one sadly.
