Hi,

I current have a 2009 1.9tdi BLS engine code caddy. The front end has been involved in an accident where ill be needing 2 new wings and a new bumper. (more of a want than a need really).

Do i stick with the old retro style 2k look and get a touran front bumper. or do i go touran v2 / facelift caddy.

only problem with the touran v2/face lift front end is i believe the inner winds require welding or adjustment to help fit the new style of headlights.

From what I have seen on here the wing tips are a simple welding job. Probably not something that should put you off making the most of a crash.
I would find someone to do the welding. Can't cost that much. I would not think.

I’d love to know more about available body kits and potentially interchangeable parts between vw models.
